Ask.

Ask for what you need. Friday reads the Slack thread, pulls the Zoom transcript, drafts the brief in Docs, and stops where your call begins.

  • Dictate. Words appear as you speak. Audio is never stored.
  • Drop in context. Screenshots, PDFs, a range of cells.
  • Plan first. Weighty work gets a plan, and your okay.
  • Delegate. Big jobs split into background chats that report back.

Connect.

Friday works inside the tools your team already runs. Every read and every change lands there: what it read, what it changed, and what is waiting on you.

Work.

Do work in Friday. Not everything is a chat, so Friday is also a home for your custom apps and for the review a person has to do.

Some teams need an app of their own
  • Real screens. Grids, filters, forms, review views.
  • Buttons that do the thing. No prompt needed.
  • The chat beside it. Select a row and ask. Friday sees what you see.

Approve.

Changes are staged before they land. See the before and after, apply when it is right, and undo where the tool allows. Answers point back to where they came from.

  • Slides. A rendered comparison of every changed slide.
  • Sheets. Every cell edit, previewed.
  • Docs. Section by section.
  • Verified after you apply. Friday checks the live file matches what was staged.

Automate.

Hand off the routine. Each night Friday syncs the tracker and drafts the summary for #ops, inside a write scope you granted. Anything outside it waits for you.

  • A write scope. You grant the writes. Anything outside it pauses.
  • Quiet when it works. You hear about a run only when it needs you.
  • Receipts. What it read, what it changed, where it stopped.
  • Draft, test, promote. Try a run on a draft. Pause, resume, or roll back.

One workspace, and the apps inside it.

Each app is a place Friday can open, read, and act in, beside a chat that sees what you see. Apps open from a chat or the launcher, dock in the sidebar, and pick up where you left off.

Chats

Start here. A chat can hold a whole project.

Slides

Read a deck in place, stage changes, compare renders.

Sheets

Inspect, query, and preview changes cell by cell.

Docs

Any Google Doc, with the chat docked beside it.

Gmail

Inbox and drafts, with Friday in the margin.

Calendar

Two weeks or a month. Join the call from here.

Skills

Teach Friday how you like work done, in markdown.

Every chat can read your files and a memory file you can edit, search the web, and make images. ⌘K finds anything.

In Slack, on your phone, and inside Claude or Codex.

You don't have to open Friday to use it.

In Slack

Mention @Friday in any conversation. It DMs you when a run needs you.

From Claude or Codex

Friday is an MCP server. Connect with one URL.

On your phone

Install from your browser. Chat opens in a drawer.

Shared, read-only

Freeze a chat as a link. Update it, or revoke it.

Pick the model for the job.

Friday runs on whichever model fits the work. Gemini 3.8 is the default. Switch per chat, or set defaults for the workspace.

Gemini 3.8 Claude Fable 5 · Opus 5 · Sonnet 5 GPT-5.6 Sol · Luna DeepSeek V4 Kimi K3 Qwen 3.8 Max Grok 4.6 GLM 5.3

The list as of September 2026. It changes as the labs ship.

Friday is not a model provider. When a better model ships, Friday moves to it. If you already have a compute budget with a lab, Friday can run on your own keys there.

A workspace runs on a compute budget. Every chat and run draws on it, and admins can see where it goes.

Some work needs its own app. We build it with you.

We work alongside your team, learn the systems you run, and build the app your work needs.

How custom builds work

Built to be checked.

Friday uses AI to do the work, then shows the work and names its boundaries.

  • Previews before writes. Approval before anything consequential, and undo where the tool allows it.
  • Sources and receipts. Answers point back to the doc, thread, or row.
  • Tested. Connector actions run against the live tools.
  • Your Google data stays yours. Never sold, never used for ads, never used to train models.
  • Admin controls. Members, roles, apps, and model defaults.

Bring one workflow. The messier, the better.

The first conversation works best around a piece of work that doesn't fit your current tools.
